1. Fast heating speed and high production efficiency

Because the energy is highly concentrated in the welding zone, the welded edge of the tube is heated to the required temperature in a short time (hundredths of a second to tenths of a second), and high welding speeds are achieved without "jumping welding" during high-speed welding.

2. Wide range of suitable materials

High frequency resistance welding belongs to the category of pressure welding, welding without external filling metal, avoid welding materials and base metal chemical metallurgical reaction and other problems, so adapt to a wide range of materials, suitable for carbon steel welding, alloy steel, stainless steel and other metal materials welding.

3. The size of welding heat affected zone is small

Because the welding speed is high, the workpiece self-cooling effect is strong, so the size of the welding heat affected zone is small, and is not easy to oxidize, and the weld can obtain better microstructure properties.

4. Steel pipe wall thickness uniform, high dimensional precision

Straight seam high-frequency welded steel pipe is made of rolled steel strip after cold deformation by welding, the uniformity of wall thickness and surface quality is better than seamless steel pipe, especially the dimensional accuracy of steel pipe is much better than seamless pipe or submerged arc welded pipe. At the same time, due to the use of hot-rolled steel strip as raw material, the tube body inherent defects (such as cracks, inclusions, pores, etc.) are very few, in more and more applications are used to replace seamless steel pipe. However, due to the limitation of molding equipment and heating power, the size of the pipe diameter and the wall thickness are limited. At present, the pipe diameter is below Φ600mm and the wall thickness is below 13mm.
